Due to COVID19 – all performances on pause

Hello,
As you know the coronavirus (COVID19) has been wreaking havoc on conferences, festivals, tours, education, and work, causing cancellations all over the world.
Unfortunately this epidemic will also have an impact on our Super Dark Collective events at Desperate Annies.
In order to slow down the spreading of the virus, the Governor of NYS banned all gatherings over 500 people and mandated that bars and restaurants with an occupancy of less than 500 reduce their current occupancy limits by 50%, which makes it really difficult for us to continue to bring shows to Desperate Annies

Until the mandate has been lifted, all Super Dark shows at Desperate Annies will be cancelled until the end of the month. We will then revisit each month to determine if we can start back up.

This wasn’t an easy decision on our side, but in the end it was the best decision. We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of the public, while supporting our friends, touring musicians, local bands, and music fans.
All artists currently scheduled to play one of our events, will be contacted directly.
We hope that things will change over the next couple of months so we can continue to bring great music, performers and artist to the area.

Wishing all of you, your friends, and loved ones good health and thanks for all of your support. We hope to be back as soon as possible. 💜 Shane, Sarah, Chris, Bobby, the John’s, Travis and the DA’s staff
